Both the signature 5-day commercial masterclass and its sister format, the 3-day mini masterclass remain as ‘in person’ gatherings of limited number groups under one roof.
Commercial Fiction Masterclass
The signature masterclass is an intense five days in Adelaide focusing on commercial fiction that includes daily homework alongside a group of other writers from beginners to emerging who are looking for an immersive experience that includes a visit from one of the nation’s top publishers to take stock of new talent.
Mini Masterclass
The mini masterclass is a less formal workshop with no homework and plenty of discussion time held over a three-day weekend. It covers most of the same ‘academic’ landscape of commercial fiction without the intensity and no special guests.
Masterclass UK 2024
Fiona is planning a bi-annual masterclass in the fabulous cathedral city of Salisbury in the UK. The inaugural English masterclass will take place in the northern summer of 2024, and expressions of interest for joining the class are now open.
